Refunds and returns are not available unless due to an error on our part, however Route Shipping Protection is available at checkout for additional order protection.
To file a claim, shoot us an e-mail or file a claim directly with Route if you prefer.

Skeletunes Merchandise
- Merch orders are handled through Printful and are subject to Printful's Return Policy, which essentially says that returns are unavailable, unless due to manufacturer error or defect.
- When in doubt, shoot us an e-mail.
Audio Equipment
All audio equipment includes insured shipping, so if your package arrived damaged, please shoot us an e-mail and we'll help you get your claim started.
We are unable to accept returns on audio equipment, however all turntables and speakers we sell come with manufacturer's warranties, so contacting them should get you squared away. Let us know if we can help you get in contact with them.
Requests To Cancel Orders
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to modify your order at your request by swapping out items for others currently in stock or available for preorder.
- Modifications resulting in a balance due to Skeletunes Records will be invoiced via e-mail and will not ship until the balance is paid in full.
- If modifications cause a credit balance (i.e. swapping a record out for a less expensive one), we'll issue a credit on your account to use on a future order.
- Requests to cancel orders that haven't shipped yet are fine, too!
