Shipping policy

General Shipping Info

  • All orders for inventory in stock (i.e. not pre-orders) ship within a calendar week at the latest (we typically pack orders on Wednesdays and Fridays and ship out the next day). We're proud of our quick turnaround!
  • All records ship from our home base in Chattanooga, TN, or from partner locations in KY and NY
  • All branded clothing is manufactured and shipped by a 3rd party printing company and will ship separately from records (and will be charged separate shipping rates because of this). Please allow them a few days to print your new threads before shipping.
  • To prevent shipping delays, audio equipment (speakers, turntables, etc) ship directly from various partners, and usually ship within a few days (up to a week) after the order is placed. As always, feel free to reach out to us if you ever have any questions.

Preorders

  • Please note that all items ordered alongside a pre-ordered item will ship together. Please place separate orders if you'd like to receive in-stock items before pre-ordered items ship.
    • If you would like to have in-stock items shipped before the pre-order is released after ordering them together, shoot us an e-mail and we can send you an invoice to cover shipping costs to ship the in-stock items to you ahead of time, and the pre-ordered album will ship as scheduled when it is released.
  • Pre-orders can sometimes be delayed, canceled, or released in limited quantities due to circumstances beyond our control.
    • The most accurate release date information will be available on the album's listing page. This is the primary place to go for updates for pre-ordered items.
    • If you would like to cancel a pre-order, please shoot us an e-mail, and we can:
      • swap out that item for an in-stock item, or
      • issue a gift card via e-mail to use on future orders in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Orders Shipped to the US

  • Shipping options
    • A $7 flat rate shipping fee applies to most every order, with the following exceptions:
      • Band tees ship for $5, but ship free when added to any order (including a second band tee!)
      • Skeletunes merch ships free - thanks for the support!
    • In-store pickup
      • Paying for shipping just down the street is hella awkward - if you're a local, select In-Store Pickup at checkout and just come pick it up whenever it's convenient!

International Shipping

  • Shipping options
    • Calculated rates through DHL, USPS, & UPS
      • These are the costs we pay to package and ship, so we only charge what it costs us to ship the goods to you. We're not a shipping company, we're a record company, so we do our best to keep shipping costs low.
    • Customs & Import Fees
      • Depending on the country, you may be charged customs/import fees. These fees are solely the responsibility of the purchaser; we aren't responsible for any additional charges or fees incurred once your package is out of our hands.
      • If customs/import fees are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to us, and your order can be refunded once it has been returned to us (minus any fees we may incur as a result of the return).
