Deftones - Private Music Cassette

Deftones' tenth studio album, released August 22, 2025 on Reprise/Warner Records — their first since 2020's Ohms and a Grammy-nominated follow-up produced by Nick Raskulinecz, who previously helmed Diamond Eyes and Koi No Yokan. Recorded in Malibu, Joshua Tree, and Nashville with the band's core of Chino Moreno, Stephen Carpenter, Abe Cunningham, Frank Delgado, and touring bassist Fred Sablan, private music is a lean, psychedelic 11-song set that NME awarded five stars, calling it "a gift for fans old, new, and certainly finding them in the very distant future."
