A previously unreleased live recording from Bob Marley & The Wailers' celebrated four-night residency at London's Hammersmith Odeon in June 1976, kicking off the second leg of the Rastaman Vibration tour. At the time, booking a venue of this scale was considered an audacious gamble for a Jamaican reggae act — but Bob Marley had newfound UK stardom following the chart success of "No Woman, No Cry," and all four nights sold out. Archival multi-track tapes from the Island Records vaults, separated into different facilities for decades, were only recently reunited to make this release possible. The 18 tracks represent the best performance of each song across the four shows. Newly mixed from the original multi-tracks, pressed on 180g 2LP vinyl. Liner notes by Don Letts.
