Freak Puke finally gets its first wide vinyl release, bringing the band’s genre-warping 2012 album to a broader audience. Originally released on June 5, 2012, Freak Puke marked a bold reinvention of the Melvins’ sound — recorded under the Melvins Lite moniker, this was the first album to feature Trevor Dunn (Mr. Bungle, Fantômas) on standup bass, alongside core members Buzz Osborne and Dale Crover.

Stripped-down but no less heavy, Freak Puke is a left-field journey through sludge, jazz-inflected grooves, and off-kilter rock experimentation. This pressing delivers the album in full analog glory for the first time outside of limited editions.
