Sleep Token - Sundowning (Limited Edition) [Preorder]

Sleep Token's debut album comes on two red transparent LPs in this indie exclusive Vinyl Voice Edition, behind the stark white sleeve cut by a single black bar. Its street date is December 4, 2026, shared with Vinyl Voice Editions of the two albums that followed it.

Sundowning was the band's first release for Spinefarm Records, which announced Sleep Token's signing in June 2019 and issued the album that November. George Lever produced it and played bass, with sessions at G1 Productions in Wells, Somerset, and VADA Studios in Worcestershire; Jens Bogren mastered it. Vessel sings and plays guitar, keyboards and piano, and II plays drums across twelve songs and about 55 minutes.

The rollout followed the title. Starting with the opener "The Night Does Not Belong to God", the band released the songs every two weeks in running order, each posted to YouTube at sunset in the UK with its own emblem and visualizer. The album did not chart on first release; after a 2023 vinyl reissue it reached No. 4 on the UK Rock & Metal Albums Chart and No. 45 in Scotland, and it is certified Silver in the UK. It begins the trilogy continued by This Place Will Become Your Tomb and Take Me Back To Eden.
