Marking the 15-year anniversary of this seminal debut, 'Blacklist the Kid with the Red Moustache' is now on vinyl for the first time. The Henry Clay People's debut album was recorded in Portland and Montreal in 2006 by producers Colin Stewart (Black Mountain, Pretty Girls Make Graves) and Howard Bilerman (Arcade Fire, British Sea Power). Fans of '90s indie rock will bow to this debut — uplifting, carefree, and crisp, with common comparisons to Pavement, The Replacements, Built to Spill, and Modest Mouse.
Available in three limited-edition 155g custom vinyl variations, each limited to 100 copies. Features three previously unreleased bonus tracks. Deluxe gatefold jacket with insert. Artwork reimagined by Mehran Azma, includes a new color illustration by Michael C. Hsiung. Vinyl hand-pressed in the USA. Released via Double Helix Records.
