VNV Nation's tenth studio album, originally released on October 12, 2018 on Anachron Sounds — written, composed, produced, and mixed by Ronan Harris at Anachron Studio in Hamburg. A cinematic exploration of contrast between dark and light, Noire is widely regarded as the band's finest work in over a decade, debuting at #7 on the German album charts. Features the standout single "When Is the Future?" alongside orchestral highlights "Nocturne No.7" and the 7-minute symphonic closer "All Our Sins." The song "Collide" was later used as the theme for the 2023 video game Firmament.
