Formed in 1976 in Chula Vista, California, The Zeros were pioneers of the Southern California punk scene — sharing stages with the Germs, X, and the Weirdos and earning the nickname "The Mexican Ramones" for their razor-sharp, three-chord attack. Their debut single "Don't Push Me Around" b/w "Wimp" on Greg Shaw's Bomp! Records in 1977 instantly made them legends, though the band never cut a full album during their original run. This compilation brings together all of their vintage studio recordings, singles, and demos from 1977–1980 alongside two bonus live tracks recorded in San Francisco in 1978, with an insert featuring notes and rare photos. A reissue of the essential 1991 Bomp! collection.
